FCP Crossgrade installation
Anyone have any tips or links to suggested installation process for the new FCP crossgrade? I’ve only been able to find some fellas having trouble with their serial numbers.
Should someone do a clean install of OS and software? Is this really necessary?

I was able to instal 5.1 without having to even enter my serial number.
I just installed over fcp5.-AnDy
FCP 5.1.2
2.0GHz Dual-core G5
2 GB RAM
NVIDIA GF 6600 256 -

No it is not necessary but it sure wouldn’t hurt, it would give you a clean slate to start on.
