  FCP chapter marks disappear in DVD SP

  not sure which forum to post this, but in my old workflow, i did this: from the FCP timeline, i would render via Compressor to mpeg-2 files and chapter marks stayed intact in DVD SP. now, i render a single QT first from the timeline, then drag the QT into a Compressor applet on my desktop to create the mpeg-2. the process seems to be faster, but NONE of my FCP chapter marks show up. is there a way to make that happen, or should i just go back to my old way?
