May 21, 2008 at 8:51 amUsing an XML there is no risk at all. The matter is, if its works or not.
An XML is basically a description of your sequence that can be read by older FC versions or even by other application (like PP).
The complex your project, the difficult to be “rebuild”. If your sequence contains only cuts, easy. Multilayers, transitions, filters complicate things, while some of the properties or parameters can be simply not understood by the”new” appilcation.
Just try. Export an XML of your FC 6.0.3 and import it to 6.0.2. See the results.Mac OX 10.5.2-FC 6.02-QT 7.4.1
