  FCP capturing past set out point

  I just installed the Pro Applications 2008-2 System Update for Final Cut Pro studio (version 6.0.4), and am encountering some issues while capturing. I have set in and out points, but when I capture the clip, it continues to capture past the out point. Any thoughts, ideas, fixes, or similar problems?
