  FCP audio won’t play audio w any outputs

  Hi there,
  I had to do a re-install of my OS, and now trying to bring everything together again.
  I’m currently having problems with the audio in final cut. I’m going thru a blackmagic card to a monitor. The video plays fine on the monitor, however the audio won’t play whatsoever, i tried going “audio follow video” “Digital out” “black magic out” “line out” – and nothing, the audio just won’t play.
  I’ve also checked the video by playing it in quicktime, the audio plays both thru the digital out and blackmagic audio no problem. I just can’t get it in final cut to work

  This is so puzzling, please help!

  Final Cut 6.0.6 on mac pro system
  OS 10.5.8
