FCP 7 Scratch Disks – Set all at once?
Hey there!
I’m looking for someone to shed some light on some scratch disk-related things. I’m currently using Final Cut Pro 7 and when I set scratch disks, I have to set it 4 times manually. One for video & audio capture & render, one for waveform caches, one for thumbnail caches and one for autosaves. It’s really just a convenience thing…but i’m wondering if there’s a way to set them all at once instead of doing each one manually?

And then what happens if ( as I do) you just want to put some things (media: captured stuff and renders) on an external HD and leave the rest on the System HD?
