FCP 7 error: AvidAV1xCodec plug-in
Hi Guys. I just got my MacBook Pro back from the guys at Apple who put a new logic board in it, which formatted my hard drive, deleting everything. I backed up the laptop on an external before hand using Time Machine, and restored my laptop today upon getting it back.
Everything works fine except for FCP 7.0. When I try to open FCP, I get this error message: “Final Cut Pro quit unexpectedly while using the AvidAV1xCodec plug-in.”
I tried to find this problem on Google but failed. Can anybody help me please?

History shows tat FCP restores from backups just don’t work. Probably your issue.
