FCP 7 crashing when launching
Thanks for reading my post.
Can’t seem to open any project, I’ve tried different ones. When clicking on a project file FCP opens and goes through the motions of loading and about 10-20 seconds it closes. no error code, nothing…I’ve trashed prefs, safe boot/disk repair. nothing seems to be working…
any ideas?

Move your plug-ins to a separate folder and try opening.
