    [Wayne Carey] “Neither is working with ProRes422. Render times are STILL long and slow for simple effects. “

    No issues with ProRes here. Everything performs as expected. Lots of RT and renders zip though. We use the Kona 3’s to make all the conversions to ProRes during ingest, not Firewire though.

    After my move to the new FCS I have experienced nothing but faster render times of motion files.

    There are no “technical solutions” to your “artistic problems”.
