  FCP 7 Adding frames during DL layoff?

  Hello, kind os stumped right now. Would Appreciate any help.

  Working in a 81min sequence using AJA 1080psf 23.98 10bit log rgb DL. Laying off to HDCAM SR SRW 5500 with latest firmware.

  Approx 1300 clips each with 12fr handles

  Sequence matches the offline reference perfectly however when I layoff, some clips have a frame added resulting in major synch issues. This show had 30 clips with this issue. When I A/B the sequence and what is on tape one frame is clearly adding from the handles.

  I thought it might be corrupt media but this is the third show that this has happened and right before I started this one I bought all new drives for the raid and rebuilt my workstation.

  FCP 7.0.1 (although offline is cut and mm on 6.0.6 )
  QT 7.6.4
  Kona 3 7.1
  Ciprico Media Vault 7T Duel Fiber 530Mb r/w
  2G Duel Core 16G RAM
  Evertz Tri Synch to both card and deck
