Hey everybody. I have a slight problem I can’t find the solution too. All my media on the timeline is not linked for some reason. In all my projects, the media and audio tracks are all unlinked, however, its showing me that they are all linked, and the audio is stereo (the horizontal lines under the names) (but I can still move each individual clip). I’ve run into this problem before, but i can’t remember how I fixed it. Any suggestions??

Are you talking about the clips not being linked or about linked selection? Are the video and audio file names underlined? Then they’re linked. Linked Selection is the behavior that if you select the video portion of a timeline clip the audio is also turned on. This is on by default. It can be toggled off with a button the upper right of the timeline window or with Shift-L.

    All the best,

    Tom

    Hey Tom,
I think that did it! I have a habit of hitting the shift key a lot, so I must have toggled the link selection on. Thanks for the help!
