Seems to me that when one would paste a clip (cmd V) onto a sequence in previous versions it would always paste at the wiper location. Now it seems to paste at the in-point or else at a spot that seems random to me. Did this functionality change or has something preference been reset.. I am so used to pasting at the wiper position… it’s hard to figure out what is happening..

< Rats, John, you know, I was REALLY hoping Apple would kill this silly AutoSelect thing in v6. While I have forced myself to learn to use the dang things, it's still too many keystrokes/clicks in too many different places to accomplish what are, in any other NLE, very simple things. Makes you wonder who Apple's designers listen to come to up with these ideas like AutoSelect; they certainly didn't ask ME. bogiesan This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”
