FCP 6 and Logic Control
My Logic Control was working just fine with FCP 6. Scrubbing the timeline with the jog wheel is the ONLY way to edit. Then . . .
FCP crashed. And now . . .
The Logic Control doesn’t work.
Logic Control still works with Logic Pro, just not with Final Cut. I’ve tried trashing the FCP prefs, trashing the Logic Control prefs. I’ve deleted the Logic Control setup in FCP, and then made a new one. That didn’t work either.
I have FCP 6.01, which I think is the very latest.
I can’t think of anything else to try.
Help !!
Any ideas?

Is this a USB Midi controller? With the AlphaTrack and the Mackie Pro Control MCU the Audio Mixer window has to be open in FCP for it to see it. You also have to set up control interfaces in the tool menu.

Opening up the audio mixer makes it work. Thank you very much Warren.
If that is in the manual I sure didn’t see it.
