FCP 5.1.2 – Capture/Input no DVCProHD 25P or 50i
I thought that 5.1.2 had taken care of everything… Now I can import and edit 50i or 25p footage, but if I want to use FCP as a capture deck for my HVX200, when I set the easy preset to DVCProHD 25p or 50i, it is still lacking a feature (or is it? I cant find it). In the log and capture window, the device control can be set to dvcpro HD firewire, but there is no Capture/Input preset for dvcproHD 720p25 or 720i50, just one for 1080i50.
Is there a workaround to use FCP as a capture deck for 720P25, or 720P25N, or 720i50 footage?

You should find a HDV firewire 25fps in your device control presets.

Sorry didn’t read your post well. I can’t find the dvcpro for HD25 either.
