    Hey party people!
I have stumbled upon a rather frustrating problem. I have a 5 minute video with audio that is ready to rock. However, everytime I try to export a QT I get the “error I/O” message. It appears to be exporting until the little blue bar reaches about 60%, then it gives me the big screw you. I’m running a dual 2.5 G5 with 4gig. I don’t think it is a space issue as I have tried exporting onto my desktop with 70gig remaining, a Lacie 1.2TB and a Lacie 500gig, both with uber space available. WTF is goin on here? All my other projects export fine, I don’t have any timecode errors or anything. I think my computer hates me. Can anyone help?

Nevermind! I fixed it! Thru the tested and true process of guess and check I found that my audio mix from Soundtrack Pro was the culprit. For some reason it sounded fine, but was corrupt. I simple re-mixed in soundtrack, replaced the file in FCP and bingo! it worked.
