  FCP 5.1 affecting After Efects 7.0

  Hello,

  I currently own Final Cut Studio. If I trade my discs for FCP 5.1 will it cause any problems with After Effects 7.0 and After Effects 7.0 plugins? I thought I heard of this issue on a Podcast.
