    FCP 5 recognizing Z1 deck but no video signal?

    A few weeks ago I digitized from my Z1 cam right into FCP 5 and everything was great, but something has changed since then. Right now I have deck control but no video signal. Can anyone help me with this? There must be a setting parameter that I’m missing. The footage was shot in 1080i60. My capture preset is set to HDV and device control preset is set to Sony HDV firewire. I’m currently using Tiger 10.4.2 and FCP 5.0

    Try tossing your prefs.
