  FCP 4.5 HD Not seeing DV Deck

  In FCP 4.5 my system is not seeing my Sony HDV Z1U camera.. All settings to DV, it will run the camera in digitize mode but no picture is seen and the FCP says it does not see the device. I just used it Tuesday to record…worked fine..I have replaced the Firewire cord..and used FCP with a 1200A Pana deck so the port works. The camera is set to DV mode not HDV…..any ideas?
