  FCP 16:9 4:3 mix of clips supers and pics

  Hi everyone, I’m a newbie from Australia, so please be kind.

  Recently we completed 4 X 30 sec TVCs for broadcast on 2 Queensland Regional Television Stations.

  We are using a digital delivery company here called Dubsat. We advised them of our low level
  of competency for broadcast quality tvcs and asked them to assist us with the files they require.

  After some “bugs” we uploaded the clappers, .mv2 files and audio files.
  They advised all were fine and digitally delivered the tvcs to the stations.

  One station however has complained (and rightly so) about the mix of 16:9 4:3 clips supers and pics.
  WE WERE NOT AWARE OF THE MIX
  The digital delivery company said the station was complaining about very little and the commercials were OK.

  In any case we do not want our commercials rejected by stations over an issue that we should have and can correct.
  OUR PROBLEM IS WE DON’T KNOW HOW TO? CAN SOMEONE ASSIST US, TELL US HOW TO IDENTIFY AND CHANGE
  SO THAT OUR TVCS ARE ALL 16:9?
