FCexpress4 to FCS and back
I have several clients that would like to pre-edit some project & have me finish them off. At present they are using iMovie. Files that are digitized in iMovie need to be rendered in FCS, which hobbles the work-flow.
Would Final Cut Express 4 be a better work-flow? Also, would I be able to send them HDV and P2 footage on a hard drive and have them create selects?

Hey Jim
FC Express is a one way workflow. You can go from FC Express to FCP but not back.
FC Express would be a better workflow than iMovie. Especially if the footage needs to be re edited.
P2 will not import into FC Express or iMovie.
