fast route to desktop?
Hi All!
Just getting started in Resolve – so I’ll probably be bugging you all with questions daily…
So…
Is there a way to streamline the file destination (or source) tree so that I can quickly go to my (mac) desktop? (instead of picking a drive -> users -> me -> etc…)
As it is, I have to click about a dozen times to get to it….

In Mac, you can generally hit ⌘D in an open file dialog box and get to the desktop. But I believe Resolve uses a lot of custom routines and programming outside the Apple toolbox, so these shortcuts may not work.

You can use favourites in the Media Storage section to get to the media.. and in delivery make a new folder in one location where you wish and it will be the default each time you go back to render.. you can also make a render preset.
