Fast Portable drive for Mac Book pro on which to dump ex1 footage?

I use a Nexto 2500 for instant backup and a 17″ MacBookPro + Lacie Rugged drive for peace of mind. Lacie has been working well since the start of EX1 shooting.I always want at least 2 backups- just in case of trouble. I use SxS cards for interviews and important material more out of habit than anything else. Transcend 16gb class 6 SDHC cards in MxR adaptors have also served me without a hitch since the start of the revolution – must be over 2 years or more, I have lost count of timescale.
