fast forward/rewind not working
Hi All,
I have a curious one I think. I have just re-delivered 3 docos to a client after a round of copyright warning revisions. When testing the delivered product the client discovered that 1 ep of 3 wont ff/fr (fast forward/rewind). The other 2 are fine just ep1. They then went and dug out the original delivery and it was the same.
All 3 followed the same workflow and they are simple: no menus just auto play with chapters marked but not menued. Encore CS4/PC

Thanks for the response Jeff. I just had that thought too and it’s correct. I went in and checked user operations for some reason on ep1 it was set to not play chapters which in turn greys out search chapters. I havent burned one yet for proof but I am pretty sure thats what it is.
