fail to return frame problem nothing works updated and everything
HEY i am trying export a video that is 2 hours long with a shadow and highlight filter on the majority of it.
i get the error above and the program shuts down.
I have tryed updating and tryed different settings
iam using a p4 3.4, 2 gb, x800 vid. card.
i also have a matrox card that i was using up until now because i am getting another computer to share the work that doesn’t have a matrox card.any ideas on how to use the auto filters and encode.? WOuld a different encoder work?

Let’s start with the basics. (And, to be honest, I have to chide you here. You should really start your posts with these sort of things. We shouldn’t have to ask for them.)
First, what version of Premiere are you using?
Second, what are you trying to do? I assume you’re exporting MPEG, but be explicit. What settings are you using?
Third, what have you done to try and solve the problem? You said you tried “everything”, but that’s not very descriptive. You said you “updated”, but not knowing what version you are using we don’t know what update you applied. I’m assuming that you have seen this:
