Extrude tool issue. Beginners luck :D
So I have an issue trying to extrude selected polygons.
I tried doing the usual but by extruding, I create extra faces (polygons).
Can someone point me in the right direction. thanks!The pictures show the results I want as opposed to the extra polygons that i am getting

Increase the “Maximum Angle” in the extrude tool options above 90.
