Extracting/merging .MOV-files without re-rendering
I have a Sanyo HD-cam that outputs to .MOV / h.264.
For long movie shots, I sometimes want to extract parts of the movie and keep the quality (i.e. not re-render the movie).
For short movie shots, I sometimes want to merge several parts and still keep the quality (i.e. not re-render).
How can I achieve this in Premiere? Or, any application will do. Something similiar to “Direct stream copy” in the freeware VirtualDUB, but for MOV-files instead of AVI-files.

Rikard
