I would extrude a triangle spline, make it editable, and then weld the top points to form the 3-sided pyramid. Then you can use an Atom Array to get pipes on the edges, or clone a cylinder on the pyramid using edge mode with edge scale active. Or you could select the edges of the pyramid and do a Structure>Edit Spline>Edge to Spline and then sweep the resulting spline … but that will present some twisting and junction problems.

    thanks

I find it very difficult to align the three triangular spline edges, is it possible to get that perfect?

    use a Cone

    Top Radius 0
    Bottom Radius 100
    Height 141.418
    Height Segments 1
    Rotation segments 3

    Caps – Off

Toss that into an Atom Array

Or use the N-Sided spline primitive with sides set to 3.
