I make films of sick children for teaching, these can not be filmed with a uniform back ground in a studio AS the children are sick in a hospital

I then extract images of the children to show their neck & chest muscles, on a white back ground, these images are then pasted into a document for teaching with text

I use the magnetic lassoo to extract the images of the child from the back ground clutter, but no matter how hard I try I still have some ragged edges.

How can I best remedy this ? I use the eraser, but it is not precise enough. Would a PC tablet make a difference ??

Is there any way to view them as larger videos?
Is there an online course you can recomend?

    regards
