    extra frame problems importing AVCHD footage

    Im on my Intel MacPro with the latest updates.

    having problems importing AVCHD footage. the Log and Transfer window plays the clips back fins, but once i import them they give me a “duplicate frame” every 15th frame. its like the duplicate frame has been taken from 5 frames before it. the footage would look good if i was going for that style…but im not! any suggestions on what i can try next?
