    Hi All,

First time posting in a long time.
I upgraded PPRo CS6 to CC on Saturday and have lost my external monitoring (via Blackmagic HDLinkPro).
However, it works fine in PPro CS6.

In PPro CS6 playback prefs, Blackmagic appears in the video devices window as a choice.

However, in PPro CC, the Blackmagic device does not appear.

I am working on a MAC Pro, running 10.7.5

You might try installing (or re-installing) the latest drivers from BMD.

I agree with Walter. The Blackmagic plugins are stored in a different folder then CS6. For that reason you would need to reinstall the Blackmagic driver.

Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for both your responses.

You are correct. It was the driver upgrade for the Decklink card in the Mac (not the HDLinkPro box).

The Blacmagic option now appears in the video devices in Playback Prefs.

    Thanks again.
