External Mattes with Handles
Hello,
I received a bunch of mattes from a vfx artist that I want to connect with clips in my project. The problem is the mattes have handles, and when I connect them to the clips they are offset and they don’t match.
Is there a way to connect the mattes with an offset, or is the only solution to re-export the mattes without the handles?
I’m working with Resolve 9.

Sure there is. The handy offset value in the ext matte sizing window.

Thanks Juan! it was staring at me all along and I missed it.
Is there a way to see if it the ext matte is “lining up” with the shot without switching back to the node where I added the matte?
