Extend and Tops and Tail…
Hey Guys,
I’m cutting in MC 6.0 and my extend edit function doesn’t seem to be working.
Also, when I use my tops and tails function it deletes all the clips before or after the playhead as opposed
to just the top or tail of the single clip the playhead is on.
Can you help me solve this problem?

Can you crate new user settings and try again?

Can you tell me what settings I would have to change?

It’s the user settings. In project window select setting tab and create a new user. This will start you with a all new default settings for Media Composer.
