  Expresso – control frequency textfield is updated

  Hi, I’ve set up an expresso based animation of a speedometer (digital display). I’m using the position of a null object to update a textfield (so that I can control the acceleration easily). My problem is that the numbers flicker because they are changing at 30FPS. I’m wondering if there is a way to keep the animation of the project at 30FPS but have the textfield update at a slower rate?
