expressions (or converted expressions to keyframes) NOT rendered in final export
hi!
i just followed this simple tutorial to create a disco ball effect:

the final render though doesn’t render the expression in the lights layer itself
(>grid > [time*300, time*-300]. the lights don’t move!i tried converting the expressions to keyframes, but even converted the final render doesn’t take the movement in account.
i cannot figure out what is wrong.
anyone have a clue?

Just shooting in the dark here, but the Anchor property of the Grid effect will max out at 655354+ so if the comp time gets to be greater than 2 minutes and 38 seconds or so, it will just stop.

thanks so much. you were right. nice ‘shot in the dark’. saved me a lot of trouble!
i’m still wrapping my head around quite basic stuff with after effects, and would not have found this on my own!grt..
