expressions and popup windows
Expressions are normally added to the timeline. However, when you buy expressions like the iExpressions from Mamoworld, then the output can be adjusted in a new popup window. Are those windows also created with expressions? Is it possible to create such a window for our own expressions? How would that work?

Expressions can’t create dialogs or windows. You’d have to use scripting for that. All that scripting UI stuff is described in Adobe’s JavaScript Tools Guide which you can get to from the Help menu of the Script Editor.
