December 12, 2018 at 7:38 pmyes Dan thank you, but is there some kinda reference to go back to? because I think the limit of using JavaScript is different for the different versions of After Effects.

December 12, 2018 at 7:49 pmThe new JavaScript engine in the latest release of AE uses the V8 open-source JavaScript engine. The legacy engine used in previous versions supports the 3rd Edition of the ECMA-262 Standard (1999ish, I think).
