Expression to control typing time on keyframes
Hello.
I’ve got a problem, i have a comp with text typing layer. (using with Fade Up Characters effect) and i want to have a control layer that will adjust time from 0% to 100% of this typing. (time between expresions, for example, if i write 20 in my slider control, that means text will be written in 20 seconds. is there anything like this?

I think you just need to add something like this to the Start time property:
endTime = thisComp.layer(“control”).effect(“Slider Control”)(“Slider”);
ease(time,0,endTime,0,100)Dan

thank you Dan very much, i just changed ease to linear and it’s fantastic right now! Thank you again, I’m working in television, so things like that is really good for me, it helps me to save a bunch of time 🙂
