    It`s gone be hard to explain but let me try :]

    example:
    I got 10 compositions with name “1 nameX” “1 nameY” “2 nameX” and so one. In every comp I got a layer named “Picture”. And in my project I got a folder with the files “nameX” “nameY” “nameZ” nameG”…

    It is possible to make a script or something in order to CHANGE my Picture layer with one of the files “nameX” “nameY” “nameZ” nameG”…
    depending on the name composition “1 nameX” “1 nameY” “2 nameX”. To match them..

    how you understood… I have no knowledge about scripts etc so take me easy :))

    AEscripts.com has a script for that called CompsFromSpreadsheet. I’ve used it several times and it works great but just be sure you have everything spelled exactly the same in the spreadsheet and the project or you’ll get an error.
