    Hi,

I’ve been trying to fathom a way of turning on/off specific effects within a comp from one ‘controller’ layer. For example I thought I could create a new adjustment layer, add some Expression control Checkbox Controls and allow these to enable/disable specific effects?

I have some quite processor heavy comps that are quite sluggish for RAM previews, but if I could have this adjustment layer to quickly turn off effects temporarily I could preview the animation quicker, then just re-enable the effects as needed or at the time to render out. It’s things like glow, layers with Trapcode Paritcular, CC Force motion Blur that seem to start to choke the machine.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Leigh
