Express 34 expansion
Does any one know if it is possible to expand the express 34 port on MCB pro laptops to allow 2 simultaneous Express 34 options to work. What I am interested in doing is running the duel adapter for P2 and a sata drive at the same time. I’m looking for the fastest data rates between the P2 card and storage drive.

If you get a FW800 drive you get excellent transfer time with the duel adapter. I buy drives with eSata and FW800 connections so I can dump to the FW800 and then use the eSata to do to decks with the AJA Io.

Sorry, sometimes my figures and mind don’t work together.
I buy drives with FW800 and eSATA ports. I hook the drive up via FW800 when transferring P2 cards in the Duel Adapter, then if I have the AJA Io hooked up I use the eSATA port to a express 34 card.
