    Hi
I’m trying to export a low rez .mov for the Audio Post guys to sync the OMF to, and wanted to add BITC. I’m trying to avoid adding an extra video layer to the project with a TC filter on, as it will need a long render.
I expected to be able to do this easily with the filter option in Compressor called “timecode”, but it wants to start from 0 or include the source TC, but I cannot force it to pickup the sequence TC.
Does anyone know a way of exporting from FCP with Compressor and adding the TC of the sequence as BITC?

    Many thanks

Try exporting a non selfcontained QT movie of the sequence and open that in Compressor… might ignore the source TC and assume you want the code associated with the QT movie, which should match your sequence’s code. (I’m hoping)
