    Hello!

I have created some animation that I now need to export and hand over to another editor to put into a final cut project. Much of the animation is graphics over video, and requires an alpha channel. What is the best way to export my AE project so that it can be put into final cut while keeping a transparent background?

    Thanks!!

In your output module set it to ouput RGB+Alpha.
You have to make sure you choose a format that supports alpha. Quicktime with the PNG codec or Animation codec should be good. (If you’re doing areas of similar color, go with Animation.)
