is there a way to export uncompressed video from premiere so i can import into after effects? i made a movie and imported it into AE, then when i exported it, it was compressed and chunky looking because it had been compressed twice (i assume). how do you get around this?

If you have Premiere Pro 2.0 and After Effects 7, just select everything in the Premiere Pro sequence, Ctrl-C to copy it, and Ctrl-v to paste it into the comp’s timeline.

The problem was probably not double compression. How did you export the clip from AE?
