Exporting to XDCAM HD
I’m having trouble exporting a FCP sequence back to my Sony 350 camcorder. When I go through the export XDcam dialogue all seems correct but when I click to export, the path to the disk in my camera does not appear in the XDCAM exporter status window. Rather, the sequence is exported to my computer’s hard drive.
When I try to drag and drop from the computer’s hard drive to the XDCAM disc on the desktop, I’m denied permission by the operation system.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you are drag and dropping then you need to drag the MXF into the CLIP folder, not to the top level of the XDCAM disc
As to the export path, you should be able to select the disc directly from the “Exporting to” popup or pressing the “Choose” button and navigating to it from the subsequent Open dialog
