  Exporting to XDCAM HD

  I’m having difficulty exporting to XDCAM HD from the time line. The project is XDCAM HD SP. When I export to XDCAM, I get the export dialogue box with the message:”Important: Please check that your XDCAM devise is set up correctly and that the REC INHIBIT indicator is off. Video MPEG HD 60i 2ch x 16 bit.”

  My record format on the XDCAM is set to MPEG HD Bitrate: SP Audio 2 ch

  The file name window is not available for me to name the file and the message at the bottom of the dialogue box about the intermediate file is also grayed out. And, of course, the REC INHIBIT is in the REC mode.

  When I click “export” all seems to be going well (for about four hours) but the export doesn’t happen. Any idea what’s going on? Any help will be appreciated.
