  Exporting to swf. files

  What is the optimal way to export a project to a swf. file from AE. I open up my comp in Flash and flash takes forever to read it and moves very slow to the point of nonproductivity. I have a 45 second long 720×480 video clip overlayed with some D1 footage. What are the usual hick ups this kind of exporting experiences.
