Exporting to QuickTime
Hello,
I created multiple small videos (a minute to two and a half minutes) using Adobe Premiere Pro CS4.
My sequence settings are as follows:
General
Editing Mode: DV NTSC
Timebase: 29.97 fps
Video
Frame Size: 720 x 480 4:3
Pixel Aspect Ratio: D1/DV NTSC (0.9091)
Fields: Lower Field First
Display Format: 30fps Drop-Frame Timecode
Audio
Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Display Format: Audio Samples
Video Previews
Preview File Format: NTSC DV
Codec: DV NTSCI used these settings because I created the videos for television, but I now need to take those same videos and put them on a website for others to view using QuickTime. I need them to be 320 x 240 but can’t figure out how to do that using the Adobe Media Encoder. They just seem to stay at 720 x 480. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m not very understanding of the Media Encoder.

If you have the budget I would suggest getting Telestream’s Episode:
https://www.telestream.net/episode/overview.htmIf you can’t afford to spend anything, I suggest using MPEG Stream Clip.
It’s free and I personally think it works nicely and is a nice alternative to Quicktime Pro:
