  exporting to NTSC and distorted pixels

  Hi,
  Iam trying to export a DV PAL movie to NTSC using either FCP, Compressor or MPEGstream clip, however everytime i make the NTSC movie the video looks distorted, the video looks fine in DVPAL, I know this has something to do with pixel aspect ? but how do I fix it ?
