    Alright so I made this picture slideshow from a camping trip and edited it in Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0. I went to go put it on my iPod. So first I exported the file from Adobe as .avi. Then I opened up the program “Piannacle Mobile Media Convertor” to convert the video file to .m4a for my iPod. When I play the video on my iPod, the pictures rush ahead of the music and it is all messed up. Is there a particular export setting or file convertor porgram I should use to put my Adobe Premiere Pro videos onto my iPOd?

    Try;
    File>Export>Adobe Media Encoder
    Choose Quicktime as the Format and H264 as the Codec. 320×240 CBR.
    You may need to change the file extension.
