im buring a pretty long project onto blu ray, 3.2 hours worth of footage, i was wondering if anyone knew the best settings to export with to get the highest quality; it can be going to mulitple SL BD’s, along with any other possible option that anyone can think of to get the top quality

    thanks

You should google a blu-ray bitrate calculator. A quick search brings up:

    https://dvd-hq.info/bitrate_calculator.php

If the length of your video is 192 minutes (3.2 hours) and audio is encoded at 224 kbps, your bitrates should be around:

    MAX: 24050 kb/s
    AVG: 16200 kb/s
    MIN: 6450 kb/s

Do 2-pass variable bitrate for best quality. Be prepared for a render that takes a couple DAYS. Good luck. You should double check the bitrate settings using the calculator provided or a different one that you find… because you don’t want to mess up on a transcode that takes over 36 hours.
